Franchisee Manager / Franchise Director

**Monthly Salary**:
$5,000 - $16,000 (depending on experience and network)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development and expansion of the franchise network locally and regionally.
- Identify, attract, and recruit suitable franchise partners in line with the brand’s growth strategy.
- Manage and support franchisees to ensure compliance with brand standards, operational excellence, and business profitability.
- Develop and implement franchising strategies, policies, and best practices to support sustainable growth.
- Negotiate franchise agreements and manage ongoing franchisee relationships.
- Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for expansion.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and legal teams to facilitate successful franchise onboarding and setup.
- Oversee franchise training programs and assist franchisees in pre-opening and post-opening stages.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-8 years of experience in franchise development, business expansion, or sales management (higher experience for Director level).
- Strong network of potential franchise contacts is a significant advantage.
- Proven track record of developing and managing franchise portfolios or similar partnerships.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
- Willing to travel as required for franchise development purposes.
