**Centre Director - Hovi Care Singapore**

Hovi Care is a Finnish eldercare operator offering a world-class Franchising Concept for Senior Care Business. As part of our efforts to expand the Hovi Care Wellbeing Concept in the ASEAN region, we are seeking a Centre Director to both lead our Singapore operations and drive business growth in ASEAN region.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Business Growth & Strategy**
- Drive expansion of the Hovi Care Wellbeing Concept across ASEAN, focusing on acquiring and onboarding new franchisees.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to increase market share, revenue, and profitability in alignment with the Hovi Care Model.
- Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and negotiations to closing deals, ensuring revenue targets are consistently exceeded.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and market trends, providing strategic insights for sustainable growth.

**High-Quality Services**
- Ensure that Hovi Club Ulu Pandan adheres to the Hovi Care practices, delivering consistent, high-quality senior care services.
- Establish and monitor performance standards to maintain excellence in client satisfaction, staff performance, and service delivery.
- Implement training programs to upskill staff and franchisees, ensuring alignment with the Hovi Care Wellbeing Concept.

**Franchisee and Client Success**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, supporting their operations and ensuring compliance with the Hovi Care Model.
- Act as a trusted advisor to franchisees, providing guidance on operational efficiency, marketing strategies, and client engagement.
- Regularly evaluate and improve franchisee satisfaction, ensuring their success translates to exceptional client outcomes.

**Leadership & Teamwork**
- Be a part of a multinational team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Work closely with the Finland and Indonesia teams, local staff, and franchisees to ensure seamless communication and teamwork.
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture that emphasizes professional growth and team development.

**Operational Excellence**
- Oversee daily operations to ensure compliance with legal, financial, and ethical standards, including confidentiality and data privacy regulations.
- Implement project management best practices to launch and scale new units in collaboration with franchisees successfully.
- Continuously evaluate operational processes and identify areas for improvement to optimize efficiency and service delivery.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Centre Director or equivalent senior leadership role, preferably in franchising and/or eldercare services.
- Strong background in business-to-business sales, with demonstrated success in ASEAN markets.
- Exceptional skills in strategy development, problem-solving, and conceptualising growth opportunities.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities with a customer-centric approach.
- Experience Centre multinational teams and fostering collaboration across diverse cultures.
- Deep understanding of corporate finance, project management, and business operations, focusing on profitability and cash flow management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools and the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies as a superuser.
