Frontline Customer Service Role
The role of a Patient Service Associate/Customer Service Officer is to provide high-quality customer service and handle registrations, appointments, and requests. Working closely with healthcare professionals, the successful candidate will deliver exceptional patient care, provide chaperone assistance, attend to emails and phone enquiries, collect payments, and perform basic administrative duties.

Requirements and Qualifications:
