Job Title: Frontline Customer Service Representative

As a Frontline Customer Service Representative, you will provide excellent customer service and administrative support to our team. Your role will be crucial in ensuring a smooth experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing customer registration, appointment scheduling and reminders, as well as collecting payment/deposits\
  • Responding to customer requests and enquiries in a timely and professional manner\
  • Regularly updating general patient records with accuracy and attention to detail\
  • Undertaking general reception and other ad-hoc clerical duties as assigned by management\

Requirements:

  • GCE N' Level or ITE Certificate holders are welcome to apply\
  • Prior customer service experience in relevant healthcare settings is an added advantage\
  • Excellent communication and telephone skills are essential for success in this role\
  • Ability to communicate in vernacular languages is an asset (in order to liaise with vernacular speaking associates/patients)\
  • Must be able to work under pressure, multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment\
