You will be expected to provide a comprehensive and courteous service for the organization, handling telephone inquiries from patients and healthcare professionals with sensitivity.
Your responsibilities will include analyzing and assessing calls to determine their nature, urgency, and eligibility for services.
As part of your duties, you will be required to answer telephone calls, screen callers, relay messages, and greet visitors.
Additionally, you will analyze calls to determine the appropriate appointment according to the specialist to be given, provide advice to the caller, and redirect calls when necessary.
Managing all incoming calls from patients, physicians, and mid-level providers will also be a part of your role.You are expected to deliver a sensitive and non-judgmental frontline service, dealing professionally and politely with enquiries from users and visitors while receiving telephone calls as the first point of contact.
This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as health insurance, leave encashment, and provident fund.
The role requires working day shifts, and the ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of total work experience.
The work location for this position is in-person.
