*Key Responsibilities *
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
- Develop and post engaging job ads across various platforms.
- Source candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for cultural fit and skill alignment.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the process.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment reports.
*Qualifications *
- Proven experience as a recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of hiring best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
- Proficient with recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, ATS systems, etc.).
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
