Our client, a multinational trading company specialising in industrial gases and electronic equipment/materials, is currently seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join their materials division.【 Responsibilities 】- Visit customers regularly to build strong relationships and drive sales results.- Gather market intelligence and stay updated on clients’ investment plans and business activities.- Identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies to maximise revenue and profitability.- Formulate and implement both short-term and long-term sales plans to achieve business objectives, growth targets, and profitability.- Support business development efforts by creating and managing new client accounts in Singapore.- Work closely with clients to address inquiries and provide excellent customer support.- Prepare and present regular reports to management, highlighting key business insights and performance metrics.- Pilot new business initiatives and explore innovative revenue models to expand market presence.【 What You Will Receive 】- AWS- Variable Bonus (Based on company and individual performance)- Annual Leave: 10 days, increasing up to a maximum of 17 days- Medical Leave: 14 days per year- Medical Insurance: Includes dental coverage- Petrol & Parking Allowances: Applicable for employees using their own vehicle
