Other Practice Pte Ltd is a leading interior design and architectural firm dedicated to transforming spaces through innovation, functionality, and aesthetics. Our team of expert designers, architects, and creative strategists work collaboratively to craft environments that inspire and enhance the way people live and work.

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to drive growth and expand our presence in the interior and architectural services sector. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, results-driven professional with a passion for design and a strong network in the real estate, corporate, and hospitality industries.

Key Responsibilities:Business Growth & Client Acquisition
  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and hospitality interior projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, corporate clients, architects, and key decision-makers.
  • Research industry trends, market demands, and competitor strategies to position Other Practice as a preferred design partner.
Sales & Lead Generation
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to generate leads and close high-value projects.
  • Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to promote the company's services.
  • Follow up on inbound inquiries, pitch proposals, and negotiate contracts to secure deals.
Strategic Partnerships & Collaboration
  • Establish strategic partnerships with real estate developers, property management firms, and construction companies.
  • Collaborate with the design and project management teams to align client requirements with service capabilities.
  • Work closely with marketing to create compelling sales presentations, case studies, and promotional materials.
Proposal & Contract Management
  • Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and RFP responses tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and service agreements to ensure profitable and sustainable project acquisitions.
  • Oversee contract execution and ensure client expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Market Expansion & Brand Awareness
  • Identify new market opportunities, including international expansion and untapped industry segments.
  • Develop campaigns that position Other Practice as a thought leader in interior and architectural design.
  • Monitor and analyze business performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous growth.
