Overview
A client is looking to hire a
Business Analyst
who will be responsible for understanding and translating business needs into effective IT solutions. The role requires being an SME for the Oracle Opera system and will be part of the team in charge of enhancements and driving new initiatives. Experience
At least 5+ years of proven experience as an IT Business Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role within an IT environment.
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience working with Oracle Opera PMS in a hotel environment (Opera Cloud experience is an advantage).
Experience in Opera system configuration, troubleshooting, and integration.
Demonstrable experience with a variety of project methodologies (e.g., Agile Scrum, Waterfall), showcasing adaptability.
Experience in E-commerce, Integrated Resorts, Hospitality or Casino systems is a significant advantage.
Proficiency with standard business analysis tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Balsamiq).
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
A master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
