Job Overview ">

Our organization is seeking a skilled Helpdesk Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and resolving technical issues for customers via phone, email, or chat.

  • Raise tickets into the ticket management system (ServiceNow)
  • Perform basic triaging to identify and prioritize customer issues
  • Assign status updates and provide clear communication to customers regarding resolution timelines
  • Support report and statistics generation as needed
  • Backfill tasks as requested
  • Preferably with IT background and experience in Level 1/1.5 Helpdesk Support
  • Conversant in spoken and written English, possess positive work attitude
  • Apply helpdesk etiquette when interacting with customers via calls or emails
