As a maintenance expert, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of facilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine preventive maintenance and repair of mobility equipment, including conducting thorough safety checks and maintaining accurate repair logs. They will also be responsible for the upkeep of building facilities, systems, furniture, and equipment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting regular safety inspections and ensuring equipment meets required standards
  • Maintaining records of equipment, parts, and supplies
  • Updating repair logs and other relevant documentation

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting facilities periodically to identify problems and necessary maintenance, addressing technical issues, and liaising with internal/external stakeholders to ensure complaints are resolved.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • ITE qualification in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Services/Engineering
  • At least 5 years of experience in M&E building facilities maintenance
  • Experience in mobile medical equipment (wheelchair, shower trolley & hospital bed etc) maintenance is an added advantage
  • Pleasant personality, good working attitude, and strong team spirit, with a very hands-on approach
  • On-the-job training will be provided
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
