Family Law Support Specialist
As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the preparation and filing of family law documents, managing e-litigation submissions, and coordinating court dates. Your exceptional organizational skills will shine in maintaining client files and legal documentation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and filing family law documents, including Originating Summonses and Draft Orders.
- Managing e-litigation submissions through the eLitigation system.
- Coordinating court dates, client appointments, and mediation sessions.
- Maintaining and organizing client files and legal documentation.
- Handling correspondence with clients, court staff, and other stakeholders.
- Preparing bundles of documents for hearings and submissions.
- Monitoring case timelines and ensuring compliance with court directions.
Requirements for this position include:
- A diploma in Legal Studies or Paralegal Studies.
- 1-3 years of experience working in a law firm, preferably in Family Law.
- Proficiency in the eLitigation system and familiarity with Singapore Family Justice Courts procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters concurrently.
- Good command of English and ability to draft clear and professional correspondence.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and commitment to client confidentiality.
