Family Law Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Family Law Specialist to join our team in managing family law cases including divorce, child custody, adoption and domestic violence matters. This role requires strong organisational skills and empathy.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Case Management: Assist lawyers in preparing and filing court documents (applications, affidavits, etc.) and maintain up-to-date case files.
- Client Interaction: Act as a liaison between lawyers and clients, providing case updates and gathering necessary information, handling sensitive client matters with discretion and compassion.
- Administrative Support: Schedule appointments, court dates, and mediation sessions, manage deadlines, and ensure compliance with court procedures.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Law or Paralegal Certification (or equivalent experience).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and eLitigation.
