  • We are seeking a Financial Specialist to support attorneys and clients in the financial aspects of domestic relations cases.

Job Description

  • The Financial Specialist will be responsible for preparing accurate client financial statements, assisting clients with the collection of required Mandatory Disclosure documents, and auditing both client and opposing party financial disclosures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Financial Statements: Draft and prepare accurate financial statements for filing in divorce and family law cases. Ensure all income, expenses, assets, and liabilities are consistent with supporting documents provided by the client.
  • Rule 410 Compliance: Assist clients with the collection of required Rule 410 documents, including tax returns, pay stubs.
