Sephora SEA is experiencing rapid growth in the region with new store openings and business channels (i.e., Click and collect and marketplace). General Manager – Franchise Reporting directly to the Managing Director, SEA - as the General Manager Franchise, you will manage the performance of our Franchise Partners in India, Indonesia and future markets in SEA, ensuring business growth, network expansion, increased agility and shared success. This role is ideal for an experienced leader with a proven track record in managing Franchise business. Key Responsibilities Strategy and Management Lead regular business performance reviews, including financial health and inventory levels. Review, monitor and drive Franchisee commercial strategy, business plan and budgeting. Review, support and drive the performance of Franchise Partners. Enforce commercial agreements with Franchise Partners. Partner Performance Management & Collaboration. Primary point of contact for Franchise Partners, as the representative of Sephora to Franchise Partners. Liaise with Franchise Partners and coordinate commercial activities, acting as the primary point of communication between the Sephora Regional Functions & Franchise Partners within the operating model across transverse functions such as Merchandising, Marketing, Retail, Finance, Digital, Tech, Human Resources, Supply Chain Management and Logistics. Build strong and positive relationships based with the Franchise Partners. Ensure quality delivery of commercial & operational activities executed by Franchise Partners, in adherence to the guidelines set by Sephora and Brands as documented in the operating manuals with regular audits conducted through balanced score cards. Define, manage and ensure that necessary accurate and timely data is being shared by Franchise Partners with Sephora. Represent a balanced view of the franchisee's business strategy and goals within Sephora SEA, and hold all internal stakeholders accountable for functional activities directly impacting Franchisee performance. Store Network Review network strategy of the Franchise Partners. Ensure the delivery of a consistent customer experience in the stores through retail cast education in collaboration with Sephora University. Conduct regular store visits across the network, and providing feedback for improvement. Compliance Enforce the legal rights of Sephora when Franchise Partners are not in compliance of the agreement/contract. Ensure Franchise Partners' operating model and practices are in compliance with local laws, and best practices. You Will Shine Here If You Have proven experience in leadership roles within a dynamic, consumer-driven environment. Possess strong P&L management skills with a track record of delivering business growth. Have experience in managing a Franchise business in Asia, experience in similar markets will be beneficial. Have exceptional analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Are a strong leader with excellent stakeholder management capabilities.
