Transformative Business Development Role in MedTech
PROMinsight is a pioneering start-up transforming how organizations capture real-world patient insights. We have established a strong foothold in the ophthalmology field with our advanced digital questionnaire platform, successfully deployed in leading ophthalmic studies and clinical care settings.
We are now expanding into broader areas of healthcare and life sciences, seeking a business development manager to shape our growth strategy, refine our sales process, and drive large-scale business expansion in a rapidly evolving market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a five-year go-to-market strategy for PROMinsight's expansion into pharma, clinical care, and value-based healthcare.
- Closely collaborate with decision-makers across the relevant sectors to close high-value deals and build lasting relationships.
- Shape the business development function by refining sales processes and reporting, identifying new growth areas, and scaling our market presence.
- Navigate complex sales cycles, leveraging expertise in SaaS products, particularly in pharmaceutical, healthcare, and MedTech sectors.
This role requires a strategic thinker and business builder who can develop market strategies, optimize sales processes, and contribute to PROMinsight's business expansion. If you possess a strong background in B2B sales, preferably in pharma, MedTech, hospitals, and/or value-based healthcare, we encourage you to apply.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in selling digital solutions or software.
- A strong background in SaaS, digital tools, or data solutions.
- Proven experience in high-ticket B2B sales ($100K+ deals), ideally in pharma, MedTech, hospitals, and/or value-based healthcare.
