
Strategic Business Growth Manager

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the construction industry, including project lifecycle, tendering, and bidding processes. They will have excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, as well as proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management software.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Strategic Business Growth Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships, market research, and effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Development: Identify and generate new business opportunities, including project tenders, partnerships, and strategic collaborations.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, stakeholders, and potential clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive activities. Use insights to develop and refine business strategies.
- Proposal & Bid Management: Prepare and present high-quality proposals, bids, and presentations to potential clients. Ensure all documents align with company standards.
- Project Pipeline Management: Oversee the progress of potential projects from initiation to closure. Work closely with project managers to ensure alignment between sales and delivery teams.
- Negotiation & Contract Management: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the construction industry, preferably with a focus on general contracting and upgrading works.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Skills: Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attributes: Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets. Self-motivated and proactive with excellent problem-solving skills.
