We are invested in both, employee growth and client successRole Overview: We areseeking a results-driven Technical Program Lead to drive the end-to-enddevelopment and delivery of SAP-based solutions. The ideal candidate will havedeep technical expertise in SAP ABAP full-stack development, experience leadingtechnical team with cross-functional product teams, and a strong ability toengage with enterprise clients on program execution, solution delivery, andcontinuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Lead technicalprogram execution for SAP product development initiatives across multipleworkstreams. Partner with productmanagement, architecture, and delivery teams to define and track project scope,milestones, and deliverables. Apply expertise inSAP ABAP full-stack (ABAP on HANA, Web Dynpro,ABAP CDS, RAP, Fiori/UI5, OData,gateway services) to guide solution design and technical implementation on SAPCloud Manage clientinterfacing—ensuring requirements clarity, milestone sign-offs, and proactivecommunication on progress and risks. Enable agiledevelopment and DevOps best practices within the SAP ecosystem. Coordinateintegration with other SAP modules and external systems, ensuring scalability,performance, and compliance with enterprise standards. Mentor developmentteams and faciliti...code reviews, technical quality assurance, and knowledgesharing. Drive continuousimprovement in development processes, automation, and technical excellence. Requirements Qualifications &Skills: 10+ years ofexperience in SAP product or custom solution development, with at least 5 yearsin program or technical leadership. Strong hands-onbackground in SAP ABAP full-stack technologies, including Core ABAP, HANA CDS,BOPF, Web Dynpro, UI5, Fiori. Proven ability tomanage large, complex SAP development programs with multiple stakeholders. Experience inintegrating SAP components using modern interface frameworks and tools. Excellentcommunication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity withagile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and SAP Cloud (BTP) environmentspreferred.
