**TIMELINE**

**ABOUT**

As a Software developer(intern) on the team, you will work with SAP product and solution units to bring SAP products to the next level by incorporating intelligence, robotic process automation into its existing portfolio. This will be done using machine learning engineering and tools available as a part of the SAP product portfolio. You will use SAP AI Software As A Service (SAAS) to build, deploy models into scalable production APIs on SAP’s Business Technology platform, which are seamlessly embedded into Business Processes

**EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS**
- Validate machine learning use cases through proof-of-concepts
- Assist with technology exploration for new SAP AI and SAP Low-Code-No-Code(LCNC) software products like SAP Process Automation in-line with SAP’s overall technology direction
- Part of global team and IT delivery Unit

**EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**
Required:

- B.S., M.S. or PhD in Computer Science or a related field
- Passionate about coding and programming, innovation, and solving challenging problems
- Must have good hands-on on Java Script and Java or Python
- Knowledge developing and debugging in Java, C++ or similar
- Hands-on experience in natural language processing and Computer Vision techniques for information extraction from files is an added advantage
- Hands-on experience on Robotics process automation is a plus
- Good written and oral communication skills in English; German a plus
- Able to solve/explore problems independently, good teamwork and communication skills

Optional:
Familiarity with agile development approach and tools
