In this role the person will closely collaborate with the team members who are working in the roles of Product Experts, Communication & Strategic Customer Management as well as with the respective Product Management teams. This role combines a strong strategic understanding of our SAP Procurement product portfolio with a deep understanding of the customer’s situation and point of view and excellent planning and communication skills. The person working in this role will be working as a multiplier and enabler making SAP Procurement products better understood and easier to consume for our customers. The person works also closely together with the global market units to identify region specific requirements to streamline communication and input for prioritization towards the product management team.

ROLE

In this role you will
- Close collaboration with Customer Success, Partner Management, Partners and Strategic Customers
- Enable customer-facing team to consult customers on our prouct directions & plans
- Actively support adoption & successful utilization of our products in the market
- Ensure excellent content for customer communication collaterals

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
- Analyzes, defines, implements and executes quality and test related activities according to a given quality
- and test strategy for the product area.
- Creates a detailed test design incl. test system landscape requirements and product standards, prepares tests (customizing & master data), authors and executes manual and/or automated tests.
- Analyzes test results (issues) and takes appropriate follow-up actions.
- Has basic product domain knowledge including relevant business processes & scenarios and a basic understanding of customer needs.
- Active participation in Scrum meetings and demos.
- Has proficient knowledge about relevant product and process standards, important legal requirements as well as quality assurance and test related tools.
- Has basic knowledge and technical competencies of relevant programming languages and related development tools and processes

ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- Procurement: Supplier risk, Supplier Management or Central Invoice Management
- A Post Graduate Degree in Business Administration or similar
- Excellent presentation, communication and networking skills, ideally combined with a strong sense for influencing and messaging
- Strong and proven expectation management skills
- Strategic analytical thinking and decision-making skills
- Entrepreneurial and “can-do” attitude, capable of continuously adapting to changes and adjusting focus in a fast-moving changing environment
- A strong motivator, mindful & inclusive team player with a humble and positive mindset
- Excellent written, verbal, communication and presentation skills in English
- 7+ years of work experience including a proven track record of customer-facing experience with proven understanding of implementation support
- Experience in working with customer-facing groups and customers
- Strong enablement and multiplier skills
- Excellent understanding of SAP‘s Procurement product strategy and product portfolio
