Job Overview

This Desktop Support role involves providing first-line technical assistance to end-users, troubleshooting issues with hardware and software, and collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support users with Windows, macOS, Office 365, VPN, printers, and peripherals-related queries.
  • Log, troubleshoot, and escalate tickets as required, working closely with L2/L3 teams.
  • Set up, image, and onboard PCs/Macs for new users, ensuring seamless integration into the organization.
  • Manage basic Active Directory/Azure Active Directory tasks, including password resets and access requests.
  • Ensure meeting rooms, connectivity, and hardware inventory are properly maintained.

Essential Qualifications:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in desktop/helpdesk support.
  • Familiarity with Windows 10/11, macOS, Office 365, and fundamental networking principles.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory/Azure Active Directory, VPN, MFA, and IT Service Management tools.
  • Ability to roam and provide hands-on support at various office locations.
