Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing/Production Position Title: Spare Parts Executive / Supply Chain Operations Executive Working Location: Jurong East Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 5.30pm Salary Package: Up to $4000 + $100 (Transport allowance) + AWS Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the spare parts team to monitor and manage both inbound and outbound delivery schedules. Regularly update the SAP system with expected times of arrival and departure. Process daily internal spare parts orders and manage timely dispatches. Verify accuracy and completeness of import/export documentation and maintain precise records in SAP. Implement cost-saving strategies for transportation and shipping services. Promptly report any shipment delays or discrepancies to the Spare Parts Manager. Assist the Store Team with the weekly receipt of goods, including unloading, checking, labeling, and storing. Prepare and prioritize outbound shipments according to availability and executive approvals. Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure quality, proper storage, and adequate safety stock levels. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Operate and maintain warehouse equipment and supplies. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Superior. Any other task as assigned by the Superior.
