Job Summary The HR and Hiring Executive supports the full spectrum of human resource functions within our organization. This includes recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration and compliance with Singapore's employment regulations. The role ensures that staffing needs are met efficiently while fostering a safe, engaged, and compliant workforce in a dynamic operational environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Manage end-to-end recruitment for operational and administrative roles (e.g., drivers, mechanics, dispatchers, logistics coordinators)Collaborate with various stakeholders to forecast manpower needs and develop hiring strategies Conduct interviews, background checks, and onboarding processes Maintain a talent pipeline for high-turnover roles 2. HR Operations & Compliance Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data Ensure compliance with the Employment Act, Work Injury Compensation Act, and MOM regulations Support audits and inspections by regulatory bodies (e.g., LTA, MOM)Administer work pass applications and renewals for foreign workers 3. Employee Relations & Engagement Address grievances and disciplinary matters in accordance with company policy Promote a positive work culture through engagement initiatives and feedback mechanisms Support total Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) programs and mental wellness campaigns 4. Benefits & Payroll Administration Oversee leave, claims, and attendance systems Liaise with insurers and brokers on medical and accident insurance matters Support the administration of staff benefits and recognition programs 5. Learning & Development Coordinate training for operational staff (e.g., defensive driving, safety protocols)Maintain training records and ensure compliance with industry certifications Support career development and upskilling initiatives Preferred Attributes Familiarity with LTA regulations and transport workforce requirements Experience managing foreign workforce documentation and compliance Digitally savvy with experience in HR automation tools Bilingual abilities (e.g., English and Mandarin/Tamil/Malay) to liaise with a diverse workforce #J-18808-Ljbffr
