Assistant Manager for Local University

Working Hours: Mon to Thurs (8.30am - 5.45pm), Fri (8.30am - 5.15pm)
Duration: 1 Year Contract
Duties:
Work with faculty and industry experts to develop new courses and promote them to attract participants.
Manage daily operations, handle participant inquiries, and provide on-site support.
Create and implement marketing strategies, design publicity materials, and manage the participant onboarding process.
Contribute to policy and operational discussions, and engage with potential corporate clients or individual participants for future growth.
Organize and schedule instructors, ensure diversity, and gather feedback to improve the quality of instruction.
Help plan the annual budget, set financial targets, and track progress to ensure financial targets are met while supporting the annual audit process.
Requirements:
Recognized
Degree
in any field.
Prior experience in running local CET and inbound programmes
or a related area is an advantage.
Past experience in educational or institutes of higher learning is highly advantageous.
Familiarity with entrepreneurship ecosystems is a plus.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Meticulous and able to meet deadlines.
