We are looking to hire a P2P Content Enablement Specialist. The role is a 15-month fixed-term contract at our Singapore Tuas site.
What you will do
Provide Process and buying channel experience.
Support processes to build and design content for different buying channels used in SAP ERP and/or SAP Ariba.
Run analytics to build content for different buying channels in collaboration with Content workstream lead, Category Managers and/or strategic buyers.
Act as a link to Sourcing & Category Management, Supplier and P2P Enablement Team.
Establish content (system-based contracts, catalogs, smart forms, guided buying and intranet) in collaboration with Content Workstream Lead, Category Manager and Strategic Buyers.
Ensure operationalization of contracts/catal ogs and smart-forms through content management.
Collaborate with Content Advisors/Managers and P2P Enablement Team to ensure correct content creation and maintenance.
Manage and support supplier onboarding and maintain standards for content exchange between Lonza and suppliers.
Any other duties as assigned by your Supervisor/Manager.
What we are looking for
Over 5+ years of project management experience.
Customer service mindset with ability to manage multiple priorities.
Positive attitude with willingness to learn new skills.
Comfort working with data, IT systems and new technologies.
Hands-on experience handling detailed information and translating it into SAP ERP and/or SAP Ariba.
Experience in P2P Process and Content Management.
Experience in SAP ERP (MM Module) and SAP Ariba Guided Buying setup.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Solid understanding of procurement processes and methodologies; strong content management system skills.
Strong stakeholder management and change/compliance support experience.
Proven supplier management skills and ability to learn new systems and database schemas.
