Supplier Enablement Specialist

**What will your typical day look like?**

Support Supplier enablement activities
- Support Supplier onboarding that is aligned with overall iBuy project plan and Supplier Lifecyle & Performance (SLP) by working closely with the Supplier Enablement Lead
- Support any resolutions to iBuy issues with the task force (e.g IT, AP and SAP Ariba team)
- Responsible for collecting, validating and providing required supplier data to SAP Outreach team to enable supplier outreach activities
- Key Point of Contact for SAP Outreach team to escalate supplier onboarding issues and coordinate with Singtel/NCS Procurement and business user to resolve these issues
- Escalate and report to Supplier Enablement Lead on Supplier Enablement track disputes/issues
- Establish BAU supplier onboarding/management support process and coordinate with other Singtel/NCS teams
- Socialize the benefits of the Ariba Network to internal stakeholders and suppliers and coordinate all aspects of enabling supplier on to the Ariba platform
- Work with suppliers to meet deadlines and ensure successful transition to e-procurement system

Monitoring and reporting of Supplier Enablement
- Monitor and ensure all Supplier Enablement planned activities are carried out according to planned timeline
- Monitor SAP Supplier Outreach progress to ensure outreach is done according to planned timeline and wave plan
- Provides regular updates to management through procurement dashboards and reports

Coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate with IT and Vendor Master Team to ensure Supplier onboarding mechanism (i.e. Penny PO) is setup and executed according to plan
- Coordinate with Singtel/NCS billing or credit management teams to setup Ariba Network enterprise accounts for Singtel subsidiaries/companies and ensure they are ready to perform e-invoicing on Ariba Network
- Coordinate with SAP Supplier Enablement/Catalog lead to ensure supplier integration with Ariba Network, Supplier-managed catalogs or OCR-invoicing is enabled (if Enterprise account suppliers requested for these)
- Organize meetings with suppliers and internal stakeholders

System testing, Involvement in Supplier related Projects (e.g SRM) and Process documentations
- Support Activities (UAT, harmonization and migration) for Supplier Lifecycle and Performance Project and other relevant projects
- Engages in other aspects of Supplier Lifecycle Management Risk as needed
- Document the processes and workflows of the Supplier Enablement and maintain in SharePoint

**Is this you?**
- Min Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Minimum 3 years of project management and related experience
- Ariba P2P and e-invoicing knowledge (Understanding of the fundamentals of E-Procurement systems, specifically Ariba)
- SAP ERP knowledge
- Proficient with MS office suite
- Analytical and data-driven approach to problem-solving
- Experience working with global end users and supplier
- Strong experience working with suppliers in a customer capacity
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work individually and as a part of a team
- Very detail oriented with strong organizational and time management
- Good oral and written communication skills along with presentation skills
- Positive can-do attitude combined with customer orientation and focus
