Role
Procurement Content Advisor
(15 months fixed term contract) – Tuas, Singapore
Responsibilities
Support deployment of consistent Content Management Processes across Singapore in Indirect & CAPEX in line with the global process blueprint.
Create and maintain Procurement content (e.g., SAP OAs, catalogs, smart forms, guided buying & intranet) as defined by Category Management/ Sourcing in close collaboration with suppliers to ensure consistent and harmonized Master Data.
Improve buying/Procurement content and buying channel experience.
Act as a link to Sourcing & Category Management, Supplier and P2P Enablement Team.
Increase P2P automation rates.
Provide Process and buying channel experience; build and design content in regards to different buying channels used in SAP ERP and/or SAP Ariba.
Run analytics to build content for different buying channels in collaboration with Content workstream lead, Category Managers and/or strategic buyers.
Establish content (system-based contracts, catalogs, smart forms, guided buying & intranet) in collaboration with Content Workstream Lead, Category Manager and Strategic Buyers.
Ensure operationalization of contracts/ catalogs and smart-forms through content management.
Collaborate with Content Advisor/Managers and P2P Enablement Team to ensure correct content creation and maintenance.
Manage and support supplier onboarding, support and maintain standards for content exchange between Lonza and suppliers.
Any other duties as assigned by your Supervisor/Manager.

What we are looking for / Qualifications
Over 5+ years of project management experience.
Customer Service mindset and ability to manage several priorities simultaneously.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn new skill sets.
Enjoy working with data, IT systems & new technologies.
Hands-on experience handling detailed information & data and transcribing into SAP ERP and/or SAP Ariba.
Experience in P2P Process and Content Management.
Experience in SAP ERP (MM Module) and SAP Ariba Guided Buying Set up.
Hands-on experience using Microsoft Office (MS Excel).
Broad and deep Source-to-Pay process knowledge with detailed knowledge in Requisition-to-Pay.
Strong knowledge of buying channels and contract/outline agreement expertise.
Good stakeholder management and project management skills.
Proven supplier management skills and ability to drive change and compliance.
Solid background and expertise in Procurement processes and methodologies.
Strong content management system & tools configuration, and ability to learn new systems and database schemas.
