Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Content Advisor to support the deployment of consistent Content Management Processes across Singapore. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining procurement content, such as SAP OAs, catalogs, smart forms, guided buying & intranet, in close collaboration with suppliers to ensure consistent and harmonized Master Data.

Your expertise will drive improvements in buying/procurement content and buying channel experience, acting as a link between Sourcing & Category Management, Supplier and P2P Enablement Team. You will increase P2P automation rates, provide process and buying channel experience, and support process to build and design content in regards to different buying channels used in SAP ERP and/or SAP Ariba.

Responsibilities
  • Creates and maintains procurement content (e.g. SAP OAs, catalogs, smart forms, guided buying & intranet) as defined by Category Management/ Sourcing in close collaboration with suppliers to ensure consistent and harmonized Master Data.
  • Improve buying/procurement content and buying channel experience
  • Act as a link to Sourcing & Category Management, Supplier and P2P Enablement Team
  • Increase P2P automation rates
  • Provide Process and buying channel experience; support process to build and design content in regards to different buying channels used in SAP ERP and/or SAP Ariba
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Over 5+ years of project management experience
  • Customer Service mindset and ability to manage several priorities simultaneously
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn new skill sets
  • Enjoy working with data, IT System & new technologies
  • Hands on experience of handling detailed information & data and transcribing this information & data into SAP ERP and/or SAP Ariba
