Overview
A leading entertainment facilities and events provider is looking for a Channel Strategy Manager to join their team.
The successful candidate will support management in developing and executing multi-channel strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive revenue, and foster customer engagement.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive channel strategies to improve brand recognition and drive traffic to our entertainment facilities.
- Work with internal teams to align channel strategies with overall business objectives.
- Examine consumer behavior, market trends, and demography to identify growth opportunities.
- Track and evaluate performance indicators to optimise strategies and drive continuous improvement.
- Oversee the search for and setting up of new outlets.
- Effectively manage resources to achieve desired results.
- Experience in developing and implementing channel strategies, preferably in the entertainment, hospitality, or retail industry.
- Strong project management and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
