Channel Bd Manager

1. Brand strategy formulation: Develop brand strategy, including target market, positioning and competition analysis; formulate long-term and short-term brand goals and plans, including product launch strategies and execution plans.
2. GTM (Go-to-Market) strategy and execution: Coordinate various departments, including product selection, production, sales and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of product strategies from launch to implementation, and be responsible for the brand's P&L.
3. Ensure that the product supply, quantity, price and marketing are reasonably arranged to meet market demand; coordinate the team to implement marketing plans, including advertising, promotions, social media and other channels.
4. Channel expansion: Find and match channels for the brand, support and monitor the channel process to complete performance indicators, find partners and manage cooperation agreements, select matching partners, and expand the influence of the brand. Identify and monitor brand and channel key performance indicators to ensure results and processes are justified.
5. Project collaboration: Collaborate with cross-department communication to realize the trading path from market opportunity discovery to trading implementation; promote front-end investment and back-end delivery to continuously improve indicator data, and be responsible for customer satisfaction; have a sense of collaboration and standardized operations, and through precipitation and Review and improve the department's standardized SOP level.
