This job is a telesales role in Singapore where you'll promote General Insurance products via phone calls. You might like this job because you'll receive training, can earn bonuses, and enjoy connecting with customers while meeting sales goals
Deliver sales targets and meet campaign key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales targets, call quality, and operational standards
Conduct telemarketing calls to promote General Insurance products with clear product knowledge and references, to existing and prospective customers
Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell
Convert leads provided by the company into sales through telemarketing activities
Ensure all call activities adhere to regulations and meet Quality Assurance standards
Update customer information in the database
Note: Relevant training will be provided
Job Requirements
Requirements
Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or the financial services sector is preferred
Insurance Certificate in General Insurance (BCP, PGI, HI) is an advantage
Comfortable with outbound calls and stakeholder interactions
Sufficient resilience to handle rejection and objections from customers
Persuasive and committed to meeting/exceeding sales targets
Sales-driven with a can-do attitude
