We are seeking highly motivated and results-oriented Telesales Executives to join our vibrant team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, building rapport with potential clients, and closing sales over the phone. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a strong desire to succeed. Responsibilities:
Proactively contact potential clients through outbound calls to introduce our products/services.
Qualify leads and identify customer needs.
Present product/service information and explain benefits to potential clients.
Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert them into sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Follow up with potential clients and nurture leads.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and market trends.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales objectives.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
Confident communicator with good verbal skills.
Proven track record of success in telesales or a related field (preferred but not required for entry-level).
Proficient in using CRM software (preferred).
Comfortable with outbound calls and stakeholder interactions
Sufficiently resilient to handle rejection and objections from customers
Persuasive and committed to meet/exceed sales targets
Sales-driven and possess a can-do attitude
Right to Work Requirements
The company is open to sponsoring a working visa for qualified candidates (subject to T&Cs)
Candidates with an existing right to work in the country are preferred
Local citizens of this country
Permanent residents (PR) of this country
Candidates who already have a work permit for this country
