The Executive, Telesales will report to the Deputy Director, Business Development.
**Job Overview**
We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible executive primarily responsible for cold calling cold leads of security systems and converting them into warm leads for the sales team to pitch and close. Company to achieve sales revenue growth through proactively reaching out to potential clients.
To be successful as an executive you must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle rejection.
**Responsibilities and Duties**:
- Answer client queries about the products and services offered by the company.
- Data entry and updating of client information in the database.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
- Function as the receptionist of TwinRock.
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
- Any other projects and ad hoc duties that may be assigned.
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum ‘O’ Level qualification.
- Experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role, preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
- Ability to learn about products and services and explain them to prospective clients.
- Excellent command in English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Cool-tempered with the ability to handle rejection.
