As Business Development Director , your scope of duties and functions will include, but not be limited to, the following: 1. Pipeline Management and Business Growth Manage both our existing sales pipeline and develop new business opportunities. Identify trends and customer needs, building a short-, medium-, and long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets. Focus on capital-raising initiatives for our Funds and projects, with an emphasis on opportunities in Indonesia. 2. Proposal and Presentation Development Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials. Create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships, especially those that advance our strategic growth in Indonesia. 3. Marketing Strategy Coordination Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies. Delegate tasks that achieve strategic goals, ensuring alignment with market-specific nuances in Indonesia. 4. Indonesia Market Focus Leverage an in-depth understanding of the Indonesian market to identify and pursue relevant business prospects. Cultivate local partnerships, networks, and stakeholders to bolster the Company’s footprint in Indonesia. Stay current on local regulations and market developments to capitalize on emerging opportunities. 5. Reporting and Performance Evaluation Report directly to the General Manager on all business development activities, progress, and outcomes. Work collaboratively to establish annual KPIs, ensuring they reflect both quantitative targets and qualitative objectives. #J-18808-Ljbffr
