Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to spearhead our Co-Curricular Activity programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the department, strategizing and planning activities for students, and promoting aeromodelling amongst youth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversight and leadership of the CCA department
  • Strategic planning and execution of student activities
  • Ensure effective utilization of resources
  • Review and update the programme to ensure relevance with changes in the education system
  • Liaise with educational institutions and industry experts on curriculum planning
  • Promotion and development of aeromodelling activities amongst youth
  • Business writing, report preparation, and meeting minutes documentation
  • Review of policies and provision of guidance on programme-related matters as part of the management team

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Business or related fields
  • At least three years of managerial or instructional experience
  • Aeromodelling and student education expertise preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
