Job Opportunity: Co-Curricular Programme Director

Description:

The role of the Co-Curricular Programme Director is to spearhead our activity programme, overseeing the department, strategizing and planning activities for students, and promoting aeromodelling amongst youth. This position requires a highly motivated and experienced leader who can drive the success of the programme.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversight and leadership of the CCA department
  • Strategic planning and execution of student activities
  • Ensure effective utilization of resources
  • Review and update the programme to ensure relevance with changes in the education system
  • Liaise with educational institutions and industry experts on curriculum planning
  • Promotion and development of aeromodelling activities amongst youth
  • Business writing, report preparation, and meeting minutes documentation
  • Review of policies and provision of guidance on programme-related matters as part of the management team
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma or degree in Business or related fields
  • At least three years of managerial or instructional experience
  • Aeromodelling and student education expertise preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
