The Student Leadership Development Programme (SLDP) is a university-wide leadership programme designed for the entire NTU student population. It contributes towards NTU Education’s strategic goal of nurturing future-ready NTU graduates with leadership traits and skill-sets.

The Manager provides strategic support in the planning, continuous improvement and implementation of the 3 leadership levels of SLDP. This position is ideal for a creative, energetic, and outgoing individual with a passion for working with young people.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the entire administration (academic and co-curricular learning) of Student Leadership Development Programme (SLDP) which comprises a 3-level framework:

- Foundational Leadership which is a compulsory module for all freshmen
- Emergent Leadership for student club leaders
- Impactful Leadership for high-potential student leaders
- Plan and manage SLDP budget in compliance with the university’s financial guidelines, and ensure optimal use of resources
- Plan, coordinate and lead centralized student development workshops targeted at different groups of NTU students, from conceptualisation to curation, marketing, administration, and impact evaluation.
- Stakeholder engagement of participants, internal and external facilitators/trainer, NTU faculty, industry and community speakers
- Coordinate the creation, implementation, and review of Co-Curricular Learning courses under SAO
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisors

**Requirements**:

- A good Bachelor’s degree from a recognised University
- 6-8 years of work experience, preferably in youth leadership development
- Prior experience involving considerable interaction with students or youth will be advantageous.
- Events management and organisational skills with an eye for detail.
