Job Title: Co-Curricular Activity Lead

We are seeking an exceptional leader to spearhead our Co-Curricular Activities Department. As the Co-Curricular Activity Lead, you will be responsible for strategizing and planning various activities for students in our SYFC CCA Programme.

  • To lead and manage the CCA department effectively.
  • To develop and implement strategies for student engagement and development.
  • To ensure that resources are utilized efficiently and safely.
  • To review and improve the CCA programme regularly.
  • To collaborate with school principals, teachers, and executives on curriculum planning.
  • To promote aeromodelling activities among Singapore's youth.
  • To possess excellent business writing skills, including report drafting and minutes writing.
  • To provide guidance and support as part of the SYFC Management Team.
  • To undertake secondary duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • At least a Diploma or Degree in Business or relevant fields.
  • Managerial or instructional experience preferred.
  • Aeromodelling and education experience an advantage.
  • Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
