Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Supervisor to join our team.

  • Daily Tasks : Attend daily toolbox/safety meetings, support construction working activities, lead and work with workers to complete assigned jobs, and conduct project safety briefings.
  • Engineering Strategies : Develop and plan engineering strategies to ensure projects are completed on time.
  • Progress Monitoring : Check paper and site work progress, controlling materials order and usage, and supervising the construction team.
  • Safety and Quality : Ensure structures are constructed safely and sturdily, increasing company's work quantity and quality.
  • Communication : Liaise with consultants, contractors, and authorities, and perform miscellaneous duties and ad-hoc works.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Polytechnic Diploma/Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
