Job Title: Mechanical Construction Leader

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Construction Manager to lead our construction projects from planning to completion.

  • Develop and ensure design of electrical equipment, system and materials submission according to technical specifications.
  • Plan project costing and master schedule.
  • Determine labour requirements and material resources for construction.
  • Manage site activities including installation, manufacturing, coordination, safety and testing and commissioning.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders including consultant, contractor and team members.
  • Lead a team of Site Engineers, Supervisors and Sub-Contractors to meet targeted deadlines.
  • Support Project Manager in overseeing planning, execution and construction of the project.
  • Establish responsibilities and accountabilities of the construction team to align with business goals.

As a Mechanical Construction Leader, you will be responsible for delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that all aspects of the project are completed to the highest standard. This includes developing and implementing project plans, managing site activities, and coordinating with other teams. Your expertise in mechanical construction will be essential in ensuring that all electrical equipment and systems are designed and installed correctly.
