Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Construction Leader to spearhead our construction projects from planning to completion.

  • Develop and ensure the design of electrical equipment, systems, and materials meets technical specifications.
  • Plan project costing and master schedule.
  • Determine labor requirements and material resources for construction.
  • Manage site activities, including installation, manufacturing, coordination, safety, and testing and commissioning.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders, including consultants, contractors, and team members.
  • Lead a team of Site Engineers, Supervisors, and Sub-Contractors to meet targeted deadlines.
  • Support Project Manager in overseeing planning, execution, and construction of the project.
  • Establish responsibilities and accountabilities of the construction team to align with business objectives.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the project are completed to the highest standard.

This includes developing and implementing project plans, managing site activities, and coordinating with other teams. Your expertise in mechanical construction is essential in ensuring all electrical equipment and systems are designed and installed correctly.
