Principal Mechanical Engineering Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Principal Mechanical Engineering Specialist to lead our team in the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems and components for infrastructure and building projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record of successfully leading complex mechanical engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design and development of mechanical systems and components, ensuring they meet industry standards and project requirements.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success and timely delivery.
- Conduct detailed analysis and calculations to optimize mechanical designs.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to the team.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on design and development.
- Strong proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., SolidWorks, Inventor) and AutoCAD.
- Experience working with and coordinating multidiscipline design teams.
