Job Title

A Mechanical Construction Program Manager oversees the end-to-end execution of construction projects, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgets. They apply their extensive knowledge of multiple sub-functions including HVAC, process exhaust, water systems, and cleanroom infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of wet and dry systems and their interfaces with process tools and facility infrastructure.
  • Oversee Factory Acceptance Tests FAT, Site Acceptance Tests SAT, and equipment commissioning.
  • Provide engineering services including design reviews, specification development, and troubleshooting.
Technical Oversight
  • Ensure all designs meet applicable codes and standards NFPA, FM, UBC, UFC, UMC, IBC, IMC, IFC, NEC.
  • Engineer safety into all designs and maintain compliance with company safety guidelines.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and/or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in mechanical construction or program/project management.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale mechanical infrastructure projects.
