Job Title: Experienced Construction Professional

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced construction professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of construction projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Cost Control: Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections to ensure accurate financial reporting and control.
  • Site Management: Oversee the site management process, including health and safety, site investigations, and resolution of site issues.
  • Tendering and Procurement: Prepare and submit tenders, negotiate contracts, and manage procurement processes to secure the best value for our clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other parties involved in the project.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Qualifications: Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in pre- and post-contract consultancy environment.
  • Skillset: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
