Are you a strategic leader with exceptional construction management skills? We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and direct our projects from conception to completion.

Job Description:

  • We require someone with over 6 years of experience in construction management, who is well-versed in construction management processes, means, and methods.
  • The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
  • You will be responsible for overseeing all onsite and offsite constructions, monitoring compliance with building and safety regulations, coordinating and directing construction workers and subcontractors, selecting tools, materials, and equipment, tracking inventory, meeting contractual conditions of performance, reviewing work progress on a daily basis, preparing internal and external reports pertaining to job status, planning ahead to prevent problems, and resolving emerging ones.
  • Additionally, you will need to negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts, obtain permits and licenses, analyze, manage, and mitigate risks, ensure quality construction standards, and utilize proper construction techniques.
  • Our ideal candidate has expertise in conflict and crisis management, leadership, human resources management, time, and project management skills, as well as a BS degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field.
