Experienced Construction Project Leader

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Project Manager to lead construction projects.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, monitor progress, and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders through effective communication and cooperation.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and submit reports, progress claims, and certifications to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Liaise with health and safety supervisors to promote awareness and compliance at the worksite.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
