Project Director Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project director to lead our construction projects.

  • Oversight of entire project lifecycle, from planning to delivery.
  • Development of project plans, budgets, and schedules.
  • Coordination of works with sub-contractors, clients, and consultants.
  • Ensuring timely and smooth progress of works.
  • Maintenance of quality standards and adherence to safety and environmental regulations.
  • Leadership of a team of project staff.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Dynamic and motivated personality with good communicative and interpersonal skills.
  • Tertiary qualification in construction or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing and coordinating large-scale projects.
  • Excellent leadership skills and ability to lead a team.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and familiar with Microsoft Project.
  • Construction Safety Course for Project Manager Certificate.
  • Mandarin speaking is an essential knowledge due to coordination with Chinese investor and owner.
