Overview: We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Leader to oversee on-site construction activities. This key role will ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, timelines, and quality delivery of electrical, partition, and miscellaneous construction services.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operations at the construction site to ensure project milestones are met.">
  • Manage and allocate tasks to subcontractors, electricians, and general workers according to project phases.">
  • Monitor construction quality to ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements.">
  • Enforce site safety policies and ensure all safety procedures are strictly followed by site personnel.">
  • Ensure timely delivery and proper storage of construction materials, tools, and equipment.">
  • Identify and resolve any on-site technical issues that may arise during installation or construction.">
  • Serve as the point of contact on-site for clients, consultants, and inspectors.">
  • Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, incident reports, and other required documentation.">
  • Coordinate site inspections with relevant authorities and clients to ensure compliance and approvals.">
