As the APAC Emerging Markets Workplace Experience Partner , you’ll drive the operations and logistical support teams, keep the offices running smoothly, and plan activities that foster a riotous workspace. Your experience managing fast-paced offices combined with your attention to detail and sunny disposition will help create an environment where Rioters will thrive.

You’ll join a team of internationally and culturally diverse professionals that share our focus on player experience and passion for our players and Rioters.

Besides your Workplace responsibilities for Emerging Markets, you will also oversee daily operations for Riot APAC + region.

Shape, develop, and manage all office operations within Riot’s APAC Emerging Markets, currently including the Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, and India (subject to change and growth), managing offices and implementing improvements aligned with needs.

  • You are the subject matter expert in all things related to workspace projects and optimization. Serve as the point of contact for all workplace space planning. Coordinate constant Rioter churn and workspace requirements - moves, adds, changes, deletes.
  • Maintain office efficiency by planning and building office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement across your locations of focus.
  • Manage all office administration beyond day-to-day duties. This includes keeping office equipment and supplies stocked, mailing, administrative duties, pantry management, and cleaning.
  • Manage multiple simultaneous office operations projects from inception through completion, e.g., SWAG drops, program rollouts.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires and help Rioters with required office and admin support.
  • Support internal and external events, including Rioter team events and celebrations, karma/philanthropy, and other activities for community engagement.

You communicate easily in the most appropriate medium, whether it be email, hallway conversation, or messenger pigeon; you will communicate with all Rioters in your region, including leadership, to provide key updates and ensure compliance with Riot Games’ standards and security policies.

  • You have a sense of urgency and are an expert problem-solver who can address major issues that threaten Rioters, players, or services, whether it is people, process, or workplace related.

Responsibilities under Travel and Expense Management

  • Oversee daily operations for Riot's APAC region in the following areas:
  • Daily travel operations to ensure outstanding customer service for Rioters, acting as the main Point of Contact between Riot & our travel management company and all relevant suppliers.
  • Monitor adherence to Riot's Travel and Expense policies and philosophy, and provide feedback to managers & Rioters as appropriate.
  • Support HRBP through training of new Rioters in Travel & Expense and our chosen TMC.
  • Participate in relevant projects, such as TMC, OBT, Payment Provider, Hotels, Airlines, etc.
  • Evaluate & recommend regional efficiencies and processes that may enhance the Rioter experience and travel processes.
  • Work with Accounts Payable and other Finance teams to align budgets, reporting & payments to our vendors.
  • Provide support to our wider APAC team with hotel sourcing projects for meetings & events, as well as Esports tournaments.
  • Work closely with our Global Travel Manager to provide feedback and process improvements & regional challenges.
  • Work with our APAC Managers to provide useful reporting on spend analytics and improvement suggestions.

Corporate Credit Card Data and Systems

  • Oversee staff monthly reconciliation of all Riot credit cards to ensure proper allocation of T&E.
  • Perform reconciliation for virtual credit cards (Business Travel Accounts) between travel vendors and credit card spend reports to ensure accuracy.

Oversight for the APAC Region

  • Rioter, traveler's satisfaction, and wellbeing.
  • Strong collaboration with internal Riot teams and external partners.

Sourcing

  • Source local hotels for Riot's preferred hotel program.
  • Source and support systems and tools that are in place for local ground transportation for events, when required.
  • Source Riot events that are in the region with a formalized RFP process.
  • Source airline deals where spend requirements are met.
