The Challenges Drive strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration to translate the companys vision into actionable business development and commercial strategies Serve as a key liaison between the company and its customers, ensuring product offerings and market positioning are aligned with client needs and business goalsLead the design and implementation of critical go-to-market strategies, processes, and initiatives that enhance market reach and competitiveness. Build and maintain strong internal and external partnerships to foster collaboration, promote effective communication, and accelerate business growth. Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analysis to provide data-driven recommendations that support revenue generation and target setting across the Asia region. Assume full P&L responsibility for key markets under your charge, ensuring profitability and sustainable business growth.
